To run Vespera you need at least: Processor — Core i3-2100 or FX-4300; Graphics card — HD Graphics 4000 or GeForce GT 630 or Radeon R7 250; Memory (RAM) — 4 GB; Free disk space — 2 GB.

The publisher has only released minimum requirements.
